Sheffield United last year, was the first toon match I took wor lass to.
Could see her cousins and uncle to the right in the home stand, was class seeing their faces when we scored!
We won 1-0 and wor lass caught the NUFC bug, good times.
Been to about 5 or 6 since.

If Leeds get promoted, that would be a definite - I can walk from my apartment to their stadium (it's less than a mile away!), I'd probably be able to put up one or two of you for a night out afterwards as well <ok>

Coventry 1 Newcastle 5 at old Highfield Road.

Think it was 1998, so I must have been nine at the time. Shearer got a couple with a rare goal for Glass. What a day.

Leeds 3-4 Newcastle. Was about 10, dads a Leeds fan and when we were 3-1 down he said maybe next year son. Should have seen his face when Nobby scored that winner. Went to about 8 last season, one of which was sCUNThorpe. Terrible game

Mine was the 2-2 draw with Boro last season. Since then I've been to the 3-1 defeat at WBA and the 1-0 win at Wigan. I'm planning on going to Stoke and Liverpool this season. Next season I want to try and get to more.

My first away game was the first time we played at Man Citys new stadium, we got beat 3-0, I can't remember who scored for them. The only thing I remember was Bramble running from one side of the pitch to the other and cleaning out a Man City player! Got booked but totally smashed him!

Shotgun...can that be used online in relation to a place to stay? I used to be a uni student so even the kitchen floor will do me!

    Middlesbrough 2-2 NUFC, 1998.

Shearer didn't play and he was in the stands, had my photo taken with him but it didn't develop properly. I was about 11 and gutted.

If my memory is correct he'd been dropped by Gullit. What a plank!

Last time we played at Brum the pitch was like a minefield and I was thinking one of our players could easily break a leg stepping into one of the potholes. However it ended up with one of their own players getting stretchered off.

Spurs - Newcastle, beginning of 2002. Was visiting family down in London and it must have already all been arranged (I wasn't aware of it). Was a nice surprise.

& of course winning it 3-1 made it even better!

Blackburn 3-1 Newcastle. Martins gave us the lead and then Bentley got two and Tugay finished us off in the last minute.

Been to Wigan this year and just booked Blackburn ticket today! Can't wait!
