Yes I did. I'm not saying that the EU is necessarily the best route to protecting workers' rights, I'm saying that a Tory Brexit definitely isn't.
Totally agree that the Tories are definitely not our friends.....but at least I have a chance to vote them out....which I haven’t got with the Neo-Liberalist EU. Take down one enemy at a time mate .

Yes, let’s cancel a General Election at a critical time for our country because Mr & Mrs Farquhar-Smythe, neither of whom have attended church other than for their wedding and Uncle Stan’s funeral, can take dumb photos off their iPhone XRs of little Tarquin and sweet Jocasta playing, respectively, a Christmas lobster and a Yuletide llama at the St. Inclusive’s Primary School Nativity play.
I’ve been to three of them, Frome. They’re bollocks. The parents that get involved in PTA and **** like that miraculously discover their kids get the Mary, Joseph and other speaking roles, whereas the rest get to be the lobsters. I was only ****ing with you anyway, as the type of response from you was kinda predictable.
Aye we are a predictable bunch for sure. I mean maybe it's different round these parts but I think when you're talking little reception class tots I don't think PTA or uppity parents really count for much it's just a nice thing for the kids. Nowt wrong with being a lobster, kid who lands that role sure to be destined for big things.
Nursery, Reception, all the way up. Anyway, a GE needs to be at a time where turnout is optimised, so I partly agree with you. I’ve checked my calendar and I’m having a back, sack & crack that day, so not perfect for me either.
No just pop in occasionally to this thread, it’s like ****ing eastenders, you could miss 500 episodes and come back and pick up where you left off in 5 seconds. It’s predictable, boring, the same antagonists winding the same people up, the same people winding the antagonists up, the same people winding everybody up, everybody winding the same people up, in fact it’s pretty much like watching the Parliament channel............. Same s**t, different day !! Have a nice evening.
What a load of muppets the Labour Party are. The have proved what a spineless unelectable bunch of misfits they are. Listening to radio tonight full of Labour voters who will not be voting for them at the next GE. Comrade Corbyn has wrecked the party.

With any luck, all forms of audible communication will soon be prohibited. Only in total silence may we be free to truly express ourselves. Clapping banned at Oxford University to stop people being triggered Students at the University of Oxford have voted to ‘replace clapping’ with a silent wave because it ‘could trigger anxiety’. They are instead being told to use ‘jazz hands’, where they wave their hands in the air. The motion to ‘mandate the encouragement of silent clapping’ was successfully passed by the university’s student union officers, following their first meeting of the year on Tuesday. It will come apply at student union events, and if successful, rolled out to other societies and events. Oxford students had argued that alternatives to clapping already existed in some organisations and institutions and that they should follow suit. It comes after the University of Manchester passed a similar motion in September last year. Sabbatical Officers Roisin McCallion says the move is aimed at making events ‘more inclusive’ and accessible to all (Picture: Facebook) Oxford university students say the policy is already in place elsewhere (Picture: Rex Features) Jazz hands will be used at union meetings and events (Picture: EMPICS Entertainment)Jazz hands is the British Sign Language expression for applause and is considered a more inclusive gesture. Sabbatical Officers Roisin McCallion said: ‘The policy was proposed in order to encourage the use of British Sign Language clapping during our democratic events, to make those events more accessible and inclusive for all, including people who suffer from anxiety. ‘Inclusivity is one of the Students’ Union’s founding principles.’ Read more: https://metro.co.uk/2019/10/24/clap...y-stop-people-triggered-10975221/?ito=cbshare Twitter: https://twitter.com/MetroUK | Facebook: https://www.facebook.com/MetroUK/
John MannVerified account@JohnMannMP Oct 24 Follow Follow @JohnMannMP I will be taking a full time position on Monday to challenge antisemitism in the UK and leaving the House of Commons. A tiny group of MPs have not spoken to me since my appointment . This is both peculiar, deliberate and noted.
