Well, they had legal points that were won illegally, so legally the illegal points were removed because of the legal/illegal system. It's simple when you put it in Black and White.

There seems to be a big grey area surrounding what is or isn't a driver aid. The electrical recovery and deployment is part automated and part driver selectable. So surely that's the same as Renaults brake bias system? Seems like the FIA haven't been looking at the standardised ECU software very closely over a number of years!!!!!!!!!
