I tend to agree about Rose. Personally I think Eriksen has been performing the same as usual. Vertonghen and Alderweireld were last year. Not so sure about this year.

Tbh...Rose should have been told to find another club or get used to a season with no football...he is clearly not wanted and his inclusion has been disastrous this season...continuing on from his form from the previous 18 months...which is why he was told to find a new club. He would have gone as he is desperate to play for England. I would have offered to pay off Wanyama so he could effectively keep his wages to go to the team he turned down...maybe that happened but it seems unlikely as he is rumoured to have turned down the move cos of the wage cut.

One thing I saw mentioned elsewhere, a minute of so before our third goal Ndombele pressed Marin only for Marin to pass back - but a moment or two later the ball returned to Marin, Ndombele pressed and got the ball due to Marin's bad touch and fed the ball to Son for the goal That's what we've missed not only this season, but we've missed it on a consistent basis for eighteen months, sort of like in the 80somethingth minute when Lamela was pressing a Red Star defender in the corner before tackling them to keep the ball in play
