Clive reinvented himself on the 22nd September 2013 as Clive-Alive, and was banned for a second time on the 30th September, coincidently 24 hours after WJ's post pleading for Clive to be banned entitled 'Time to kill off Clive'. Had Clive not had so many complaints, he may have broken his 12 day record!!!
So he's been banned 3 times on here and countless times on other sites, ffs why would one who got him banned now want to kick off about it. Are you now chums with him WJ
Chesh, I think it was WJ that had done the damage. Having spoken to our legal adviser Mr Buck Ristac, he informed me that a second ban is a permanent one. Therefor WJ's post demanding Clive be banned, and his subsequent banning 24 hours later was his second banning. Why was he back for 12 days - I can only blame red tape!
You're still avoiding the question - what did he do to get banned in 2016? Nothing, as far as Forza & I can see. But still silence on it from you.
They told you he was banned for life after 2 bans, and him lasting 12 days with another name was just red tape. Never wanted it ? Yet you question their judgement 3 years later, or was it just trying to get LL banned.
I refer you to your thread dated 29th September 2013. Your post led to Clive being banned for a second time. Unfortunately according to the site moderator, two bans equal a permanent ban! Why was he back for twelve days? I put it down to red tape and multiple complaints via PM!
So, back to the original question - what was the nature of the complaints, and how many were there? Back to square 1 here. Also wtf does 'red tape' actually mean? Perhaps you could ask Chesh - he seems to think he knows everything that's gone on in modworld.
Red tape means, they are not machines, they have jobs to do, and sometimes it takes a few days and other people pointing out that a banned poster has sneaked back with a different name.
Red tape is an idiom that refers to excessive regulation or rigid conformity to formal rules that is considered redundant or bureaucratic and hinders or prevents action or decision-making. It is usually applied to governments, corporations, and football forums
