Oh man, I ****ing love that pub. I know it's famous for its goulash but we used to go there for a full Sunday dinner hit every Easter after a day in the mountains. Don't think I ever had the goulash but the rest of the food and ale was always top drawer.
2 onions As much Chilli as you prefer Chilli powder/chilli flakes up to u Cumin powder Coriander powder Coriander seeds crushed Cumin seeds Salt Egg
Chop onions up fine as...whizz them if you want but not too much...need texture Throw it all together
4 chicken breasts minced by Butcher or a coarse whizz Mix it all up...no lazy ****...thoroughly Add chopped coriander...much as u want
Shape em up...whatever thickness u like Stick in microwave for a minute max to get the juices flowing and Helps cook it through...then fry up to get a crispy coating
