I’m going to lie since full time Saturday I haven’t looked at anything football I was down but now the positives... we are not where we want to be but the division is so close that despite being 10th we are only 2 points off the play offs and only 4 off auto’s... a run of 2-3 wins on the trot would have us right up there but I feel the time is now the boys have to step up... next three games all against teams in the bottom half and 2 are at home!

Onto Luton one of the few teams I don’t know to much about in this division.. they started slow but appear to have found there feet in this division and have had few good results recently the best being last Saturdays 3-0 win against Bristol City

I believe they are very much a team who try and play football rather than bully ala Cardiff and I think this suits us better.

We need a win and I don’t care how we get it in this one 3 points is a must!

Yes this is a must win game with a run of good results to follow.
I'm abroad right now and yet to see a report of our last game, so no idea what went wrong there.

I was looking at the league positions tonight after today's (Tuesday) results. Seems no-one want to win it and with a good win on Wednesday we could potentially leap up 4 or 5 places.

On Saturday I think we experimented too much with our formation. We left too many gaps at the back and we missed Johanson more than I knew. We need to get back on track and get some back to back wins under our belt. We saw signs of things starting to click and need to get back to that. I shall be there tomorrow and looking forward to it.

Well done Cookie and all for keeping the threads going. It's the only forum I am on and I'm not the most prolific poster but I like coming on and reading everyone's comments.

Sounds like Arter is the only player on the injured list. Probably means Reed Johansen Cairney in midfield.
Will Parker try 3 at the back again or switch back to 4, at least in the first half.
John Brooks is the Ref and doesn't have a history of flashing cards, but does give penalties. We haven't had him so far this season.
Possession all very well but we need to start making it count in the opponents half. Luton are the type of team who will up their performances against the stronger teams in this league as Bristol city found out. Expect a tough game.

Well we never do anything easy so we but like I said in the original post we just needed 3 points and we got them... sounds like we played quite well and with better finishing we could of been out of sight early...looking at other results nobody is going to run away with this league as normally happens... we are now 2 points off second and 4 off top... an away win against struggling Boro would be huge on Saturday!!

Should have been out of sight at HT, but typical of Fulham this season where we have one good half and one mediocre half.
Can't say the defence was overworked but the goals given away were sloppy.
Luckily for us Mitro was on top of his game. Brave 3rd goal diving header with a boot in the face but he just shrugged it off. What he has to watch is he's on 4 bookings and I think 5 before end of November gets him a ban.
Knockaert is beginning to annoy me, he's got no awareness when on the charge, it's head down and run, missed a few opportunities to put players in, his passing is also suspect, he keeps passing with balls that need a first touch by the receiver to control it, before they can do anything with it.
