Not going to win any literary awards but they seem a reasonable enough bunch here although rather optimistic for their situation https://hobnob.royals.org/forum/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=186365&start=20
They do seem rather optimistic and haven't really considered the way we're playing....which is good as it keeps us under the radar..... C'mon u R's
Anyone hear if Eze is fit? He was getting treatment and hobbling about at the end Saturday, took a right kicking as well. Hope it was just cramp and its cleared up. Manning also got a battering.
In a strange way I’d rather like Eze to have an ‘ordinary’ game, with us still winning of course. Don’t want to excite other teams scouts too much.
Jamie Cureton played for both (I did have to check he'd been at Reading since I don't trust my memory).
Slightly disappointed I forgot him, I enjoyed his relatively brief spell with us. Impressive to see though, he is now at Bishop Storlford as a manager...but he was playing there up until last year...at 43 years old (50 appearances and 27 goals...is that really right...if so...massive respect.)
I wouldn't be surprised if Warbles doesn't revert to 352 tonight just to mix things up a bit and catch the fakes on the hop.... If they put 2 or 3 players on Eze to keep him quiet that would leave a huge amount of space for chair and wing backs to feed hugill and Naki up front.... C'mon u R's
Correct - Stortford are my local non league side Teddy Sherringham's also played there a few seasons back. Not quite the player his Dad was
Kelly Kane BFG Barbie Manning Ball Scowen Eze Chair Wells Hugill 4-1 ( Wells, Chair, BFG, Hugill) Thus resting Cameron, BOS and Rangel 12,115. Disappointing but on TV.
Useless facts that have no relevance tonight.... Reading are winless in last 13 games played on a Tuesday....D3 L 10 Reading have won none of their last 12 games played in London D 6 L 6
