Why would you clap off a poor performance? Applause is generally to say well done , I don’t condone booing or negative chanting , but no point just applauding any old ****e or it’s meaningless .
Just to say eaves reminds me of a prancing pony Stop complaining you fanny and stick your arse into the defender and hold him off instead of throwing your arms up and giving up
I thought he had a good first half. Surprised when he was subbed so early. Could do with a bit of Billy Whitehurst about him though.
Can't ever recall a player going down with cramp when his team are losing. DQPR have history for this stuff up here , copyrighted the book on timewasting over the years.. One of my favourite non PL games at the KCOM. Stuart Elliott punishes cynical DPQR who were down to ten men as usual for gobbing off/persistent infringements/timewasting. Relive the glory days here:-
We tend to play terribly and get stuffed at your place so I’ll put it down to still being upset about the match.
I agree. Apart from Eze QPR were predictable and average. Sadly we were predictable and well below average.
I don't think you have to be that good to do well in this league , they at least kept possession of the ball and could pass to their own team we got the ball and launched it long or passed to the opposition.
Eaves seems to get fouled a lot, though. Because of his size he doesn't get much in the way of calls from the ref, I've seen some players literally hanging off him and get given a foul. He shouldn't have been taken off though, he was doing well.
Yes, he was. He's been good for the rest of the season, but playing him yesterday was a mistake after he'd been all the way around the world. Poor bloke must be knackered.
TBF ... 99% of players would likely say they're fit to play. A good manager with the likes of Batty in reserve, would say, thanks for standing up, but sit down. If we go 3 up you can come on after an hour...
Exactly, I suspect it was a sign of naivety. He didn't have to deal with too many internationals at Doncaster.
Especially squashed into one of them siesta coaches , still have nightmares about sleeping under the seats of them
1st defeat here against the dramas since 14 Feb 1970. Was that the game in the snow where Simmo got booked for hacking showboating Romney Marsh and the ball was orange?
