I'm gonna ask like cheers as I've tried all stretches etc but does nowt and I felt something twinge in like a c shape of pain on lower spine and been ****ed since. Usually the pains a bit higher got this pillow thing between legs so keeps pressure of it so bit more comfy. Plus spaced on diazepam and codeine so blabbing on haha
You could always try a chiropractor ? He/she might be able to help with the pain, I used on for a few years to avoid the scalpel. You will probably get an appointment quickly, and they definitely helped with the pain in my case, £35 a session down here in MK
