Don't know if you have seen this mate but Johnny Marr gigging in Exeter, invited air-guitar playing fan on stage to play This Charming Man.. Worth a watch..

REM would be a great choice of headliner.

 

I think you would have needed to be there to experience the buzz...Kudos to Johnny though, won't see that to often..

 

Saw them in 2000 and something. Did not enjoy

 

I like REM but haven't seen them live.

 

Looked a bit staged to me but was still a great moment.

I see Johnny Marr whenever he's touring, he's borderline genius in his ability with a guitar. Not even borderline really, he is truly superb,

Comm thinks otherwise though, so, in his ten cans off Lidl head, that is gospel off course.

Marr could probably play a double bass eyes closed with his left bollock better than any ****ing Stray Cat could.

 

Well he must be well influential, up there with the best and biggest names.


Who is he again?

 

Jedward have more Platinum Sales than The Smiths mate.

I’d agree them doing a comeback/one off gig would be well received but one of the best bands of all time, maybe top 50-100 but not top 10.
