It must be in the Ferrari contract to throw away x amount of races each year.

Who complains more then Hamilton or Max, hopefully Vettel doesn't get a penalty as he had a bad start and hardly gained from it and it we ruin the race

No penalty for Seb, and now re-investigating the Charles/Max incident. Stewards looking silly here.

Wouldn't F1 be great if they all had a mid-field car?

Why didn’t they just leave Hamilton out on a one stop? He was 17 seconds ahead of Vettel, Bottas would probably have overtaken him before the end, but surely 1st and 2nd would have given them the constructors title regardless of Ferrari getting a fastest lap?

I suppose they didn't need to risk it, Bottas gets a win for his confidence and Hamilton still gets a podium. If they left Hamilton out theres a chance he might have won, or worse, teammates crashing.

Hamilton was 17 seconds ahead of Vettel with around 12 laps to go, maybe less and was actually faster than Vettel at that time, so there was never any chance of Vettel overtaking. Valteri on the softe should have caught him you would expect. I was shouting at my phone to leave him Hamilton out as I watching it. As soon as Hamilton couldn’t get past Vettel in the DRS zone on fresh softs you could see he wasn’t going to pass

    Long time.reader, first time comment.

Just wondering if anyone else has seen the slow mo of CLC's car shedding carbon fibre after the collision when he is front of LH. Not heard any mention of this during or after the race coverage (not capable of trying to add a video clip - sorry!!)

At one point a piece of wing, maybe an end plate, flies off and knocks off Hamilton's mirror. Wonder how close that was to ending up to hitting the Halo or worse, Hamilton.

I heard something from him in the radio during the race about losing a wing mirror but hadn't realised what had caused it.
