the reason I like the film is because I can relate so much to that kind of patter … good twist at the end too

 

Mars Attacks .

Galaxy quest .

Silent running .

Dark star .

 

They've remade the dark crystal on netflix.

Can't remember the original one too good, anyone seen this new one?

 

Anybody watched the Jesse Pinkman flick?

 

Not great tbh.

Watchable.

 

Watched the first two episodes of Catherine the great.

that was probably the best bit i agree.

but the 2nd half was based on facts and the battle of Hue

Full metal jacket was i=only the 2nd half of the film.

Bridge of spies is an excellent film based on fact. Sully is another.

There are loads of films based on fact that are better than Full Metal Jacket tbf
