    Perfect glp!
I’ll carry this on if I may, most on here will know what happened to me last year. Only a week before Stanley died he asked if I’d start taking him to watch city, my girlfriend smiled and said “now what you going to do, principles and carry on your boycott or take him to city?”
I couldn’t say no he was 6 years old he’d never understand, also the thought of going with him made me smile.
A week later that smile and that thought of going with him had gone.
So my reasons for not going are no longer because of the Allams they are because I should be going with my little boy, instead I lay on my bed with his ashes and we listen to burnsy.
So folks the Allams are irrelevant in the grand scheme of things really, go support the team life’s too short not to

Has there ever been a worst radio presenter than Gwilym Lloyd, because I have never heard one?

It's normal for sellers to be vague about selling price or the number of potential buyers, as that info becomes a useful bargaining chip for potential buyers.

It also brings a barrel load of time wasters!

At this level of purchase any buyer with nous wouldn't give a toss about other prospective interested parties

If Ehab Allam wants to sell the club, he would be foolish to gush "You know what? There's only one party interested ! Hope he doesn't realise that!"

    Agreed!

That said if there's one or twenty one, if a buyer is 'getting close' they should have negotiated to have a period of exclusivity to do a deal so as I said at that point wouldn't give a toss about other parties.

All you've heard from Ehab is worth very little, its pr speak. He's clearly not bound by any confidentiality so nobody is approaching the finishing line just yet.

I have no idea if he is telling the truth - why would he or any other buyer/seller of a football club share such details with the public?

No idea why he is even doing these 'interviews'.

Maybe yachting season is over in Monte, and the polo season hasn't started yet

What will it take for some people wake up and smell the coffee? How many lies do you have to consume before you feel sick and get wise to it?

You have no idea if he's telling the truth? Well **** me sideways <laugh>

He's losing money, so is desperate to now get the 'irrelevant' fans back.

I really can't understand why a couple of business geniuses couldn't have foreseen this coming and moderated their behavior accordingly. Even if selling, a business is likely to be valued higher with more customers. Mind you, I don't have their CV's

    * For the record, I have been an Allam sceptic since the removal of Nigel Pearson in 2011 (unlike many others, some of whom are posting on this thread, who were still cavorting in their fezzes for a few years after this event).

On that basis I woke up and smelt the coffee in the Spring of 2011 and the removal of Nick Barmby ( a football icon in this city's sporting history) copperplated that opinion.Sadly I was in a minority back then, which became the majority some 4 years later. Well ahead of the curve on that one, cheers.

Naive **** that I am, I separated the club from the ownership, and have always backed the former, and never allowed the transient owners of my club to prevent me enjoying what I have been doing for over half a century, especially as I have attended through thin and anorexic in previous decades. As has been stated on here many times, we've had many **** owners in the last 50 years, we just had a bigger proportion of steadfast and determined supporters than we seem to do these days.

Nigel Pearson wasn't removed, he just quit and went back to Leicester. And while your'e on that "Iv'e been going for over half a century" ****, is it a poor effort that Iv'e only been going to support my team for forty odd years?

I boycott games because I feel that is the best and probably only way of hurting the parasitic creatures that want to hurt Hull City and what's more, it seems to be working <diva>

    Yeah righto <laugh>

Five years of bleating, tweeting, 'boycotting' and keyboard commando bullshit and it's wor-

Ooops no sorry - they're still in place, still owning the club, still behaving as they wish and not accepting the agenda of their critics

    Enjoy your 'boycott'.
