Don’t judge the windows. The inside is clean but I’m on 4th floor and they only come once a month to do outside, and there’s a building site for a new hotel opposite <laugh>

    Ok I’ve heard this

MSD to invest (no takeover yet). Long term ideas for club, unsure which ones from msd are investing or if Dell is.
The Don and Meth Will be involved in some capacity. We are near the L1 equivalent of FFP so wouldn’t expect huge transfers immediately till finance review
yesterday it was all but done but a few things checked before announcing

Sounds like there’s a common view of this doing the rounds and it’s very positive.

Similar was posted yesterday mate, more people that hear it the more likely it seems, unless we’ve all heard it from the same root source.

But we are in a 3 year rolling cycle that encompasses PL and Championship so it is still incredibly and vitally relevant.

It’s not enforceable below Championship but we’d face a massive handicap if we went up in arrears.

league one doesn’t (well it does but owner investment is excluded), but if we blow a load and get promoted, we could perversely end up falling foul of championship ffp next year

    There’s precedent.

QPR breached EFL fair play then got promoted. They then got relegated. A year after the relegation the 3 year cycle dropped them right in the **** and they were fined, massively.

They appealed, and lost, as the rules are clear.

It still needs to be considered, if we want to go back into the enforceable leagues.

Ahh, I work in a building opposite the Jury's Inn on the Gateshead side of the Quayside and they're putting up a hotel opposite some apartments my mate used to live in right next to me, thought it might have been the same building.
