No football, bored of stuffing my face so thought I’d share. Myself and Mrs mop love going around charity shops, paying just £8 for a leather jacket worth over £100 is something I’m very happy to do. Some though do have a smell of moth balls or the charity shop pong. On this occasion though the jacket was virtually new and surprisingly fits like a glove, I have very long arms so getting stuff to fit properly can be a right ball ache. I’m getting ready to go to a family meal the other day and as I was popping my phone in the inside pocket of said jacket, I felt something. It turned out to be 2 Hull City tickets, for a match on the 6th April 2013 against Middlesbrough. Also it looks like they were never used or the little slip wasn’t taken off at the gate. I was wondering if the owner couldn’t find them and never went to the match or just bought another ticket. Like I said, bored, no football and eating way to much. Picture above.
I found an original pressing of Strawberry Fields Forever/Penny Lane in a charity shop once. Near mint condition with original cover. 50p. I would've paid dozens of times more than that. It's worth a small fortune.
