The shortlist last time around was Paul Hurst, Gary Bowyer, Jack Ross and Michael Appleton.

Perhaps it's not just an interview mate.

    Ainsworth would be horrible.

His brand of football with Wycombe when we played them last year was more like rugby.

The home game their timewasting tactics were a disgrace, worst I've ever seen. The away game they just tried to kick us off the park. ****ed if I'm watching that week in week out.

Aye we need someone to work with what we have and we've barely got anyone I'd describe as a big lad. If that's how Ainsworth rolls I don't see it as a good fit.

If we've got anything we've got some decent footballers so we need someone to capitalise on that.

Correct me if I've got this wrong, but I'm sure I remember a SKP interview where he said that in his last year he ''had no appetite for a relegation fight, and when the move came couldn't get down the motorway fast enough'' Obviously could have been misquoted/misinterpreted.

    Ainsworth is not for me
Don't see anything in his record or style of play
nothing to indicate he could get us promoted let alone take us forward next season

I know we are in league one but we can do much better
Bit worried if this is the type of candidate the club are looking at

Talking of Stendel, Joey Barton appeared before the magistrates yesterday. They decided the case was too serious for them to try and passed it to Crown Court - i.e., if found guilty he's off to prison.

He's up before Sheffield Crown Court on 6 November.

Sticking with the german theme (Dortmund model):) that was mentioned last year i hope they go for the german manager Stendel, with hopefully some nice attacking football. Hope it’s not Ainsworth with his diving, cheating, time wasting, and kicking other players method.:emoticon-0119-puke:
