How good are these kids looking?

Tammy, Hudson, Mason getting all the attention... but Fiyako and RJ look the business

Its great having a manager that genuinely loves the club and a squad that wants to do it for the
manager.I'm really pleased with things at the moment and it can only get better.Genuinely think we
could make top four.At present are spurs, united and arsenal any better than us?

No, the only two clubs who are, without doubt, better than us are Liverpool and City.
There is very little between us, Spurs, United and Arsenal

Its weird because I think all four of us, (Chelsea, Arsenal, Spurs, United) have different issues.
We had a stagnated squad and have brought in lots of youngsters who hopefully, will only improve over time and get us back somewhere near the top.
United have spent like retards, buying bad player after bad player and I think Ole is slightly over his head.
Arsenal just need a whole new back four, their defence is diabolical, such an unbalanced team.
Spurs are similar to us, except a season behind, their squad is stagnating, but where as we couldnt sign replacements, they can, but chose not to because their chairman is a miserly old jew and they are paying the price in poor results instead.

I would be extremely surprised if Ole, Poch and Emery are all at their clubs at the start of next season.
Lampard has a bit of a pass this season (much like Emery last season), because of the lower expectations due to the transfer ban.

Pretty good summary. I think we might see Ole back in the Championship somewhere and Poch at Utd. Emery ,if he has any smarts, will be sipping a cold Rose' somewhere around the hills of Nice.
We are coming along very well, so far every youngster has been able to adapt to PL standards, many brilliantly. The slog of the winter games will take it's toll for sure, and I expect some disappointments, but the positives so far are outstanding. Zouma and Christensen will improve too , Zouma has copped some poor press but played really well his last 2 games. Its a collective fault our set piece defence, not his or Christensen's alone.
No one could fault the effort or results so far from the entire team, or the Manager and his staff.

The perfect storm seems to be brewing at Chelsea right now. The squad is happy, playing for each other, the fans and the manager.
We’ve played 3-4 different systems so far this season and looked pretty good in all of them.
The kids at out performing the old regulars and if I’m honest Hazard would be looking back at this team and wondering why he went to Madrid.
Things will get tougher and for the youngsters there are some harsh lessons to be learned still to come.
I cannot wait until we play united again. This Chelsea team, currently, would take them apart.

    All very exciting so far.

Results will invariably be up and down this year and I don't expect us to win anything - maybe a domestic cup.

But we can certainly aim for top 4 with 2 places very much up for grabs. The squad is so exciting and we still have Rudiger and RLC to come back in.

The transfer ban is obviously a blessing in disguise but I wonder if Hazard going is as well. We were far too reliant on him and his individual brilliance and now it has meant other players have stepped in and stepped up. Ive said it before, Willian is a far better player without Hazard in the same team as he actually can influence things more. Mount and Tammy obviously getting a lot of goals which we simply didn't have last year in those 2 positions either (save Giroud in Europe).

Exactly, our best performances over past couple of years have been without Haza. Brilliant as he is
