Realistically given the choice between MAN UTD , Liverpool , Arsenal , would you choose to remain with SAFC , I don't think many would be able to resist the big guns .

Of course not but if through this takeover we employ the best coaches money can buy then we stand a chance

He’s a good manager and nice fella it seems. Head and shoulders above the manager we have at the minute

100%.. It's easy to forget what it's like to have an owner who doesn't comment for 6 months at a time.

I know SD doesn't help himself at times by his openness, but that's easily outweighed by all the benefits of him doing so.

I'd rather Sam over most options.. (Klopp would do too).. however, I really like Hughton and would gladly welcome him although I think Sam would take us further.

Yes it is as this team should go up with a half decent manager.

Last season I said he had his hands tied as new team but it's not as if he's just started.

We are watching his team now and it's dire even though we've spent loads getting Grigg who has scored for fun past few clubs but not under Ross.

People blame the fans but that's bollocks it's Ross style of play. We look positive half time comes gets his team talk and we come out worse plus can make 90 mins without blowing out arse.

I was on the fence for a while but not anymore Ross out imo

Do you really believe that a manager can give a good pre game talk but for some reason has no idea what to say at half time?

He doesn’t seem to be able to motivate the players either from the dressing room or from the touch line?!?

We tend to play better in one half than the other and which one it is changes from game to game, Ross seems a steady character so that inconsistency is probably on the players.

Exactly this, it’s down to fitness and fragile mentality, the fitness is no excuse and falls firmly on the manager the other he should be able to influence if he even manages to take his hands out of his pocket

But when it’s going wrong on the pitch (which it regularly is), standing with your hands in your pockets on the touch line doesn’t seem to be the answer?

Definitely agree that our fitness levels and work rate aren't good enough, we need to press and graft from start to finish and it's never really happened under Ross.

I don't think we're fragile mentally, we've rarely lost with Ross and often fight back after conceding after years of losing every game we conceded first in.
