I usually just pay 6 months (also with Hank's provider who used to be on RTG) but he's still struggling. Before it went down it was quality like so I'm hoping he can get sorted again as he's a sound lad and also a Mackem. That being said, I will be keeping @Was Silent in mind for a future PM if that's ok mate?
Mine has been down for two weeks now. Got this message the other day... *Thursday 3rd October update* There are still some software issues with the new software. Therefore if manually add you all, it's very time consuming which we have no issue doing but the service still isn't 100% so we may have to add you all again when it's sorted. *Therefore* we have decided to halt taking on new customers and reconnecting existing customers until the service is fully sorted so we can focus all our time and brains on that instead. We appreciate your patience and although many of you have been reconnected and it's working for you please expect a few issues over the next few days untill fully sorted. Hopefully this will all be resolved within 14 days but this could change. Please do not send any money to us in this time period to extend your line. Also anybody who has just paid when we get around to answering the messages and the system is up we will process your payment and subscription from that day so you haven't missed out on any time. You are also entitled to have your money returned if you have since changed you mind. Unlike a lot of sellers out there we don't plan on running away with your money and our reputation in the community speaks for itself. Therefore apologies for not replying to you right now but please allow us to work on resolving the service back to perfect.

Update 05/10 The service is just about back up , live channels only for now and not all are backup . We’ve focused on the UK stuff to start with . Ifollow is down to be on today in the ifollow section Currently there may be times where we will need to do maintenance on the service and it will go down for a bit but we’ll try to keep that to a minimum Due to the limitations of the new panel it only currently works with a handful of apps / devices , mainly android for now . So if you cannot connect using your current app you will have to try something else .This will change over time as the panel developer is making changes daily and seem to fix bugs canny quickly . If you used the revolution or a stb app with a MAC address you will need to install the below app and then let me know the MAC address you were setup with and I’ll be able to get you some login details for it . I have an android app below that works if anyone wants to install it , use downloader app on firestick to install it http://yourapk.xyz/bnxc.apk Can’t add or extend accounts on the new panel yet either but it’s getting there and not far away. Epg is not working yet as the priority is getting the service back on and people connected first . The app changes are only temporary until the panel software is back up properly but it may take a bit longer for that I will try to reply to mails as quickly as possible but due to a family emergency I’m not as quick as usual which I do apologise for . I won’t be available this afternoon 05/10 unfortunately.
Didn't work on my laptop I'll download the android app and install it via an emulator on PC. Will have to check emails for login details. Cheers mate
I've tried to set this up but I don't think I ever had a Username and Password, it just worked through Revolution and the MAC address. Will probably have to contact the provider to see if there is anything he can do. I think he will probably be a bit busy this afternoon though.
If you've got same provided as me and the other lad he should have emailed you your login details. I've just got mine from the email now going to try the above steps see if can get it working.
Installed app put in login details but it didn't work. Didn't ask me what server which is strange though just had username/pw box
I use a good guy almost back up and running after the busy a couple wks ago pm me if ya need the details mate it’s £65 a year but well worth it.
When I got mine setup all I had to do was install the app and then give him the MAC Address and it all worked ok after that. Never had any login details that I can find. Will just have to wait a little bit longer then contact him and see what is going on.
Ah I didn't register via MAC address so was able to use it on multiple devices just had to put login and server details in. Radio it is for todays match then...
is this the lad that got banned of SMB a while back? I've been with him for a while but for some reason despite me asking he never sends me these updates - I was paid up until the end of October but had **** all from him for over 2 weeks now - he also changed the servers on me and "forgot" to include me in the emails. As far as i'm concerned he can **** off - i've gone with another provider who is spot on so far.
If it is as I use him too when you send an email you get the above as an auto-reply from his mailbox mate.
I'm not one to keep on sending emails every day for updates - he would have been better off setting up an email list and then sending updates every few days.
Fair enough mate. He's been spot on with me whenever I've needed to email him he gets straight back. If he was sending emails out to every one of his clients, every day, I reckon he might not be as far on with the repair job as he is now. Main thing is that you're happy with your new provider mate.
Same with me as well apart from today as had family issues which is fair enough. He's done me a favour considering how **** we've played today.
