Good luck Libby, hope its worth the wait. I'm the only saint in a company full of die hard skates (and one egg chaser). I'm watching it in the pub, my intel tells me the idiots will be out in full force.
Don't know about the trains or city of Portsmouth, my local sorting office might need a police presence if this ticket doesn't turn up
Yes I have some ideas. Do you have any paint at all in the garage perhaps? Only I am thinking its time to give that car of yours a nice new paint job for the big drive down the M27. So its red and white paint and stripes should do the trick... running horizontally across the bonnet and roof and doors etc... That should raise a cheer or two and may well help you get a parking space. Fairly sure no one wil park next to you either so no scratches to worry bout.
Lads at work said its not worth the bother but if you do, obvs no colours, stickers etc. A couple said about using Gosport ferry and then train into Fratton ??
Yeah I've got no stickers etc. and wouldn't wear colours if driving, just not sure if I can deal with the train hassle which I'm expecting to be a bit of a shambles, on the specials at least. Might just train down quite early n go for some food n that, before walking to the ground.
I was thinking this too. Would be a bit of a downer if it was called off. I mean it’s going to played anyway at some point but I’m so hyped it’d be really disappointing
Is it that bad? Flying back from Spain, which has been around 29c for the last few days, so not looking forward to wet weather. Not looking forward to coming back, truth be told.
I think it will go ahead, but will our pampered Premier League stars be able to perform on a cold, wet, windy night on a waterlogged pitch in Portsmouth?
