Again. I'm not having a go. Have you seen this? They love this club. They have done all they can. When they took over they knew nothing. They know a lot now. They are not pissing around. They love this club. So, as I said. No fights about the past. Forward together. Together stronger. One City Strong.
Bloody hell, we'll always manage to argue on here, theirs always something to get someone hot under the collar. On the other hand I do believe your right and we are and all should be united by the incredible rise over the last season. I would hope no Hughton like spirals are anywhere near. Farke like any manager has made mistakes (not many) but has so much credit in the bank he should avoid any great openly critical backlash even with relegation. (This is the greatest trick Webber has managed, getting pretty much anyone to accept our place in things and to be optimistic but realistic). Hoping he would get none is one thing, but the reality of our crowd in general is the whingers would return. On here we'll worry and question, its human nature. Our away form is a concern, but its early days and against Palarse we'll go in hope not expectation. Bah!
Away form is a concern. As I said much earlier. We have had great home results and performances. We are more than ok at the moment. We have more points now, than I thought we would have.
Seen it, like I say, I'm not anti Delia persay, but I'm also not averse to the possibility things could be better with someone else as owner. Right now that seems crazy, between appointing balls and nephew Tom, them then happening upon the right path and recruitment for her. She takes some of that credit just as she shoulders some of the blame when we're skint and struggling. She ain't the worst owner by a long chalk and I'll leave it at that. Bah!
Ok mate. Not responding in either way. It's the past. It's negative. We desperately need positivity. I'm not getting drawn in to it.
Mistakes have been made by DS, MWJ and the rest of the board - I give you the appointment of Moxey as an example, but the overall health of the club and calibre of coaches and management team now is as good as it's ever been and suggests she's got much more right than wrong - albeit within a very tight financial framework which jars many fans off but is not exactly her fault. I'd not be averse to seeing new ownership with more spend-power but as has been said on here numerous times before 'be careful what you wish for'.
Agree with this wholeheartedly. GM I'm an avid fan of most of your posts, it's just the one thing that we will have to agree to disagree with each other
Ok any more of this **** and I'm gonna ask for the thread to be locked and I shall flounce off taking my award winning MDTs with me .
You can stick your MDT's up your arris, they are distinctly championship! We need Premier threads for a premier league! Could you muster a 4th word? Bah!
Very true. Dunc has been very hit and miss this season....His MDT's have not always worked....Maybe he should be a little less cocky!
If anyone else wants to post match day threads perhaps we can start a winner stays on policy. The only reason I do them is KIO would start the season off with his amazing threads packed full of stats then get cheesed off half way through the season and ditch them leaving us to scramble about at the last moment. Some games didn't have threads and posters lost interest . Last season I think I only posted 2 or 3 losses but this season is going to be much much tougher . So if we fail to beat Palace I'm happy to hand over the baton .
I for one will be very disappointed if you stop doing the MDTs Dunc, you have earned the right to make them your own!
I'm all about democracy Dave and if any other posters want to throw their hat into the ring then I'm all for it. It will free up a few hours of free time .
Yes, but if I lose I am going to throw not only the toys out of the pram, but I am going to throw the baby out too in some sort of fit of rage at not getting my own way in democracy. Then blame everybody else for being undemocratic for not agreeing with me..... too soon?
