I've got a new phone being delivered today and it comes with the BT Sport app for free as part of a promotion. Anyone got it, can you actually watch live games on it?
I have the BT sport's app on EE contract, it works well, just connect to your WiFi to watch the channels or else it will eat your data allowance. You also get EsPn and boxnation channels as well as the standard BT sport's channels.
Yes I've got it, my mum has BT wifi so I have her account linked to it in my iPad. It's good, works well with good quality video and on some games you can do all fancy stuff whilst your watching it like Neville and Carragher do on sky. And you can use airplay to mirror it to your TV.
With your BT subscription you can stream games on three devices at the same time. So of course two of my mates watch BT for free, and I pay the ****er.
Actually I am temporarily right now whilst I basically rebuild my new house. Never claimed to have a wife, I've more sense than to tie a knot to my bank account. Problem?
You did claim to have a wife, you were offended by one of my jokes about a non-existent wife and your friends joined in.
I have it. The features of the app are fantastic as you can click back to events along the time bar at the bottom of the game. That said, it's not very watchable. It jumps back to earlier in the game or the commentary ends up out of sync. I watched the CL final on it (or tried to) and I saw more of half time than anything else in the second half as it kept dropping back to then. You have to keep restarting it.
I've got it on my Android tablet and it's excellent. I watch matches on it rather than through the BT digibox on the TV.
I'm thinking about getting it through my EE phone account £15 a month inc VAT. I use my phone data to tether via wi-fi to my laptop. The two questions i've got is, is it worth getting and will it eat my data up any faster than watching a film or series?
