We've had 2 good performances since the start of 2019. It's pathetic.

 

That was feckin dreadful.
Difficult to find a single positive and there were 3 or 4 players being carried.
Beginning to wonder if Poch can actually get this group going again.

 

Bad performance, bad result. Fair play to Olympiakos, they played well and deserved something out of the game. Sloppiness and Pochettino's ridiculous insistence that Sanchez can play right back at fault.

 

The worry is that there are so few players across the entire squad who look like they still want to play for him.

All the urgency and energy of his first few years as manager have completely evaporated; he merely adds to the problem by making the same selection mistakes over and over again.

I am so, so fed up of the comatose football we have to endure 9 weeks out of 10.

 

3 away games this season and every single one has finished 2-2.

Our opponents in those games have had 72 attempts combined.

Was it 95 degrees or something? That was such a poor performance.

 

It was more than that, in my opinion.
Sanchez was wrong, the midfield was wrong, Alli and Eriksen were **** and our fullbacks were constantly isolated due to the system.
Kane got no service, which is becoming standard, while we passed it around aimlessly until Eriksen gave it away 1,000 times.

 

Sissoko, Lamela and Son all played really well on Saturday as did Rose and Aurier....so ALL FIVE don't start

That's simply poor team selection

Dele and Ndombele should be coming off the bench to gain fitness but they and Davies all looked rusty as ...

Which is hardly a surprise tbh.

So again it's poor team selection.

The positive is we did not lose.

And that is where it ends.

Will Poch learn that Dave is not a RB? Will he ****! You can't play RB like you play CB...straight punts up the field or headers out of play and atrocious positioning. I blame Poch for putting him there.

Kane cuts a frustrated figure because our front 3 and him are just not interacting enough. Too much head down from our attacking 3 and Eriksen was dogshite...lame under baked passes with no real menace.

Moura did what he does runs till he's on empty.

Sissoko has been brilliant for us however his limitations on the ball are costing us fluidity.

N'Dombele not at the races.

Thought over the 90 Winks was our best performer...tried to keep it ticking over, yes sideways passes galore but it was necessary to keep the ball since we were losing it quite quickly in large portions of the game.

 

Winks was arguably the only decent performance and the lad has so many limitations that he will seldom change a game.
Eriksen, Dele offered nothing. Lamela is a headless chicken, Sanchez never looks comfortable anywhere, let alone at RB and you cannot play like that against any CL team and expect to get anything.

 

45 mins against Palace is about the best of this season!
