    Good news- stability
Bad news- just as unpredictable as it would be if we had a new owner every week

hes running the club in the right way getting us to spend what we can make we might not like it or him but i do think that the club would have went under if FS still had us and hopefully he might suprise every1 and give AP what they say they are going to in summer

Good!!!! Stability is the platform we need to build. He has pledged to spend in the summer, so lets see what happens!!!

  7. He appears to run the club the right way but mark my words he will keep on making **** decisions. I don't think for one second that Assley was completely innocent leading up to Carroll leaving.

I must say that I think Mike Ashley has made (and will keep making) bad decisions but this will hopefully bring a bit of stability to the club.

Also I do not sing 'Get out of our club' as whats the point? I much prefer the other song of 'we don't care about Ashley'.

That song seems to speak volumes about common ground. We both/all want Newcastle United Football Club to do well.

Stability???? You having a laugh? While Mike Ashley owns this club there will never be stability. It looked like we had that this season then he sacked Hughton and sold Carroll leaving us desperately short in the striking department. Bad decision after bad decision does not bring stability!

can only hope its another lie and he will have sold up by the end of the week.

havent we heard this before, usually prior to some type of ill fated attempt to sell the club

We DID when offered silly money for Shearer and we reaped the reward of his goals! Should have done the same with Carroll. The number of strikers is not where I meant we were short, it is in the quality of said strikers which is lacking!

He keeps making bad decisions, and I hate him

But in a sense he has a moral right to do so. True, the fans as a collective invest more cash each month than he has in his entire life, but none of us could have bought the club and then ontop of that invest millions out of our own pocket to keep us from going very, very dark places financially (We're on the right path now, whereas before were were on the opposite completely wrong path financially)

Mike Ashley is in every sense a double edged sword. The best analogy I can think of is that he's controlling the life of a human being. He keeps them healthy, well fed, and regularly takes us to medical checkups to make sure we're going to continue to be healthy and free from inflictions.

However on the other hand he also controls that persons social life and continuously chooses the completely wrong path, takes the moral low-ground, and stomps on babies at the abortion clinic. He's continuously made his puppet do things that would land them in jail and sells coke and alcohol to pregnant mothers. Basically he makes their life miserable

I hope this can give someone out there perspective into watching how Newcastle United is controlled by Mike Ashley.

It's like we're this person who Mike Ashley is acting puppet-master to's caring friends. We're happy he's being kept healthy but absolutely fed up with and enraged at how ashley is making him conduct himself.
