    The 3 points rule will apply this week as there was no correct predictions, anyone that has predicted the Gills to win therefore will earn 3 points.

    However, I have had to revisit the rules in regards to thegillsfan incorrect format prediction and I wish to clarify, although it has not been queried:

    The rules read as follows in two separate parts:

    1. 3 points will be awarded to every poster that has predicted the correct outcome of the game via their score line prediction.
    This means you will have either forecast a Win/Lose/Draw for the Gills. There will be NO additional points in this scenario for correct goal scorer(s).

    2. To make the transfers to my spreadsheet easier and to reiterate the above, anyone that fails to post their prediction in the correct layout, will be subject to a 2 point deduction from any points gained from that prediction, applying the same rule as though you failed to predict goalscorer(s)

    So my interpretation of those rules is...although goal scorer(s) in this scenario do not count, a 2 point deduction is still applicable (correctly predicting a Gills win), for posting in an incorrect format. Therefore 1 point will be earned and not three in this instance.

    It will be interesting to see if anyone is still on nil points after I have collated this lot, it appears there is about 26 posters out of the 40 predictions that have earned in the 3 point rule. The table will update itself but I still need to tell it the 26 poster names!
