Any thoughts on the bumper at Perth stick? Fav is awfy short, as is Elliot's runner (based on what he has achieved to date). My eye is drawn to the Crawford runner Out By Six as a bit of value against those two.

Anyone notice on Saturday eve at Wolverhampton that 15, I say 15, people tried to claim Love Dreams out of the Mark Johnston barn. The successful bod was Jamie Osborne.

Will be fascinating to see how he fares in his new yard after over 3 years with racings answer to Victor Meldrew.

Dakota Gold is out of the Ayr Gold Cup. He was 7/1 Favourite but his penalty for winning a Listed race would have meant and extra 8 lbs to carry at Ayr. They may try a Group 3 with him instead.

Victory Day is very short for the Ayr Gold Cup now and I will stick with Summerghand, who was second to Dakota Gold when they met and he was probably facing an impossible task trying to give the Dods sprinter a pound that day. If they were to meet in a Handicap again now, Dakota Gold would likely have to give 10 lbs to Summerghand.

Summerghand has been a victim of his own good runs and he went up another 2 lbs to 102 but he seems at home in big fields and it seems likely he would run his race and be thereabouts at Ayr. 16/1 seems reasonable value.

Ditto. Hughes was booked very early by Crawford for this ride. Nice pedigree.

Just watched the last at NA and the claimer on the winner hit the horse 7 times in the home straight. The las proper backhander was about two yards from the line!
Harry Kimber, get a ****ing grip son!

    Race 6 - 5:05pm
THE RACING PARTNERSHIP HANDICAP HURDLE RACE (CLASS 5)

Harry Kimber, the rider of the winner, SIZING TARA, was suspended for 2 days for using his whip when clearly winning after jumping the final hurdle. Being a 7lb claimer, Kimber was accompanied by the representative of the trainer.

Nice when a rant works! LOL

From Skysports...England can put one foot in the Euro 2020 finals with victory over Kosovo on Tuesday, and seal an unbeaten decade of qualifying.

What a great achievement, wow...an unbeaten decade of qualifying :emoticon-0140-rofl::emoticon-0140-rofl: what high standards. Wonder will they raise the bar and actually win something.
