' Spaniard Gracia, whose coaching team have also left, had been in charge since January 2018 - making him the first Hornets boss to last more than one full season since 2013. The appointment of Flores was confirmed 30 minutes later.'
The first international break is here already and like the two other first international breaks of the season in previous years under Daniel Farke, I am sure it is very welcome. This time, we had a miserable 2-0 defeat at West Ham United's home the London Stadium. It was the football fan experience of London Stadium that made me more miserable than the football. I've always said this, but hope it never happens in my life time, but I really hope we never leave Carrow Road and last Saturday just justified why we should never ever leave. I have made many regular visits with Norwich to West Ham's previous home Upton Park and apart from never seeing us win there, I always enjoyed my trips there. There was an excellent atmosphere with plenty of noise from West Ham fans and us. You were so close to the pitch and on top of the action which helped you enjoy the game. https://www.edp24.co.uk/sport/norwich-city/spud-thornhill-norwich-city-column-carrow-road-1-6255253
Yes I've been several times to see us play at at the Dell in Southampton, which was very lively and intimate. Now they play at at St Mary's and it's like a mauseleum and you're miles away from the action. I also hope we stay at CR.
Thoroughly deserved!!! Yes, I thought he was good when I saw him play for the Under 23s, but I would NEVER have expected him to gain an England Under 21 cap, let alone be made captain. Edit - I rated Middleton way above Godfrey 2 years ago; it makes me wonder where Middleton would be now if he hadn't 'thrown his toys out of the pram' and stomped off to 'Gers, but had stayed and received the coaching and development provided by DF and his staff. IMO, with Hernandez sidelined for several months, he could well have been able to make the sep up and be playing in the PL, as opposed be on loan at Hins!!
Why's that? He's young and has been quite successful, and Huddersfield are deep in the mire. Edit: Maybe you meant a big mistake for him?
Big mistake for Cowley. Got a great thing going, on a wave and loved at Lincoln. Huddersfield are in a state, and a downward spiral.
My daughter lives just 200 yards from the ground and tried to get a season ticket, but they were sold out. Toffolo and Shackell were there last season believe they still are. Really riding the crest of a wave at the moment. Weird occurence, wrote Toffolo and predictive came up with Norfolk.
I think we've had this conversation before but I used to live on Alfred Street, also about 200 metres from Sincil Bank

I am so proud to see how comfortable, and confident Aarons looks in this team. Thrown in for the first time the other day. Doesn't phase him. Just gets on with what he does best. Harder to pick out Godfrey's influence so far, Max is in a far more used and prominent position. Ben seems to be solid and keeping things ticking over, from what I can make out. I think Ben is playing in midfield, then dropping in deep. Neither look out of place. Both look comfortable.
The last thing we need would be Godfrey limping off #noremainingcover Though losing Arrons is far from ideal Bah!
