It wasn’t an election about Brexit and we have a flawed system where it’s pointless not voting for one of the big two in most seats. Leavers can’t cry about democracy and simultaneously ignore the flaws in the referendum and refuse to accept the necessity of another. It would’ve been thrown out if it were binding so we’re pursuing something we know will be **** only because we aren’t legally obliged to, which is mental. All to save the Tories. Again.
Of course it wasn't because both main parties promised to deliver Brexit, most of them lied. People who are on either side won't change change that much and another referendum may make things worse especially if it's another Leave win...
Depends on the question. Referendums are dumb because you have to ask too vague a question to give a sufficient answer and there’s no disincentive to simply lie about the merits of your side or the negatives of the opposition. The whole thing for three years and more has been an exercise in keeping the Tories afloat. No one gives a **** about “democracy” otherwise we’d have thrown this whole thing in the bin and admitted it was a terrible idea. All hypothetical anyway as it would take them forever just to agree on the question of a second referendum let alone the campaign time.

EU will hate that & fear it so refuse extension

No it’s not serious straw clutching, it’s someone having the bollox to play the corrupt EU at their own game and finally somebody having the minerals to deliver what the country voted for over 3 f*****g years ago, it now doesn’t matter which way you voted, that’s been done to death, scaremongering, lying, delaying etc, that’s all been done, it’s now about delivering what the majority voted for, it really is that simple.

Would it be democratic to leave the EU at a time when the majority of the population may well be against it ? Put another way - why is it so undemocratic to ask for a second opinion after 3 years time have relapsed along with a better feel for the issues involved ?
Wasn’t asked on ballot paper if I wanted any deal, but was told by the prime minister at the time that if no deal was agreed we’d still leave after two years on WTO rules, so everybody including the useless bastards in parliament who triggered article 50 knew the agenda, unfortunately the losing side refuse to accept a democratic vote, but are now claiming how un democratic The prime minister is for trying to uphold the result that we voted for, so in my opinion crying about a deal at this stage is a bit like crying over spilt milk, you know it’s spilt and gone, you can’t get it back so accept you lost it.
