Tyrone has been called up to the England squad, it doesn't seem so long ago we signed this gangly full back from Chippenham Town for £10,000 and sold him to Bournemouth for £ 11M, good luck Tyrone.
Mings has developed into a very competent defender at a Premier League level. He was unlucky with injuries at Bournemouth, but seems to have developed impressively at Villa and has even adapted into a quality centre-back. Not to mention he comes across as a level-headed, appreciative individual that is willing to help people and does great things for charity etc. English football does not have an abundance of talented centre-backs or left-backs coming through into first team, top flight football these days. So he's got a brilliant opportunity to stake a regular claim into the England squad.

I can’t see Chilwell holding it down. I thought it would be Danny Rose but he’s suffering from the ‘Spurs’ effect. Walker, Alexander-Arnold and Wan-Bissaka have surely got right sewn up but Mings has got a real opportunity there. For whatever reason Southgate obviously doesn’t fancy Cresswell much.
Shame we never played he at CB as he had the attributes. Have to say everytime I saw him for us at LB he didn't impress, was estatic we got £8million for him.
