When exactly will that be? seems like we keep winning the PL, instead of eeking out results in the fizzy pop league. My bones will have long turned to ash before Manchester United sink down a division.

About 90% of your fans chose the club based on success.

It's exactly the same as you saying the exact same thing. But I've heard the way your fans talk about Leeds. I was on a train from Manchester to Huddersfield shortly after full time of the CL final, and on a train packed with your lot, for some reason the conversation came onto Leeds. One fan (who was quite clearly from the south - typical I know) actually said he thought Leeds should be bombed. I swear on my mothers life he actually said this. So don't give me any of that crap about you not caring about us.

Would that not be the case if Leeds were as big as United? Or do you still think all of your supporters would come from Leeds? As long as I get to games I'm not arsed in the slightest.

Did you read my post? I didn't say it would be your biggest win in seven years under the current circumstances, I said it would be if you'd been in our shoes. If we were in the Premiership, of course it would be different.

No-one boycotted when Arsenal, Liverpool or Spurs reserves turned up. It's entirely, unequivocally because of Bates - protests are ongoing and the way we're being ripped off is a disgrace. Your cheapest season tickets are cheaper than ours FFS. Turn the blinkers off for a second.

<laugh> Yeah like most Leeds fans wouldn't rather be stood on the Gelderd End spewing bile at the scum than watching Sky in the pub. I sense a slight hypocrisy by the way.

Club > country. Most Leeds fans feel the same. **** England. <ok> But yeah, well done for providing a single example of someone who supports England and Leeds. By the way, that tattooed fella's actually from Manchester. <laugh>

You've mentioned Turkey and so has that Comas fella. I was mostly on about the scum fans I begrudgingly know, as well as others on the web.

:) Call it what you want. WACCOE!

I find it hilarious that Leeds fans are getting so excited and worked up about a game that most man utd fans would not lose any sleep over if Man Utd did happen to lose.

...it's getting a bit comical with the Weedscum getting all worked up about their biggest match of the season. We have much bigger aspirations this season than to be concerned with any kind of result at Elland Road, but we'll get one anyway, and WITH our 2nd/3rd choice players. I knew the topic would revert to their "glory days" when I was still a boy. But I'm an older man now, and can't remember the last decent Leeds side. Makes the Scousers seem relevant. <laugh>

Of course. If you were the diehard fans you all say you are you would miss your biggest game in years to protest against ticket prices. Do you think that old bastard will listen to you?

Of course he's from Manchester..with a Leeds tattoo on his head <ok>

I haven't mentioned Turkey. Only Comas has.

And you are not CCOE and never will be <ok>

Scarborough eh? No local teams that were big enough for you to support. I'd say when you were growing up Leeds were one of the biggest teams in Europe. Therefore you must have been a glory hunter.

all of this colourful banter building up to a very blaise match methinks....as I said, Weed's match of the season, I reckon SAF sees this as a boring but necessary task to give some of our players match fitness.
