HIAGs confusion with this bet is that he mistakenly thought the terms were agreed, when in fact G4E was still negotiating.

When G4E laid out the final terms of the bet and asked HIAG if he agreed, he did, as proven in the link above.

HIAG has then subsequently realised he ****ed up because he lost the bet and is now trying to welch once again.

We even had a real lawyer run the rule over this one to clear up any misunderstanding and he agreed that HIAG has lost the bet and should now change his avatar to one of G4E’s choice.

 

Oh well, while G4E and HIAG have it out, this is my final day of being reminded of our CL Final loss with this **** of an avatar, I’ll be finally able to move on!

This is yet another case of HIAG trying to welch on a bet he's lost because he's claiming he didn't understand the terms.

He still owes Fosse his avatar with a similar bet that he welched on claiming he didn't understand the terms, despite having agreed to them.

Reckon @brb might have to change it and lock it in if HIAG doesn't do the honourable thing and abide by his bets.
