The high court in London doesn’t sit in August therefore all the legal matters are transferred to Edinburgh if I remember correct. Like Boris but would prepare him to come clean he isn’t doing this for the country he’s doing this to protect the con party firstly

I hate the conservatives by the way

Plus it’s just a political stunt and agree they all do it

How we leave the EU is of the upmost importance

The High Court does sit in August, the Supreme Court doesn't sit between July and October. I can assure you High Court business is not transferred to Edinburgh! Edinburgh appeals will be heard by the Supreme Court in London. Therefore, October, although given the importance of that date, perhaps the Supreme Court will convene a little early this year

Every case brought re this matter is likely to be appealed up to the Supreme Court. Can't see their lordships wanting to interfere with the decisions of an elected government

The public didn't elect Johnson and no one elected Cummings. Gove on the Marr show today wouldn't even rule out ignoring anti-No Deal legislation that may be passed next week. What do you think their lordships would make of that?

Parliament won the last Civil War.

As you know we don't have a presidential system, so complaints against Boris are as invalid as those against Gordon Brown.

I've never heard you complaining about Alastair Campbell.

I don't think Boris would ignore properly passed legislation. More likely to announce a GE.

Comparing Boris to Charles I is amusing.

    Hypocrite, moi?

Campbell was a spin doctor, he hadn't dictate governmental tactics in the way that Cummings seems to.

Johnson, under Cummings's direction, seems capable of anything. Ignoring, or breaking, law wouldn't be a surprise.

Cummings wants a 'Parliament v people' election. Parliament is the people.
