    What's happened to our board?

    It's always been the biggest, the busiest and the best board on the whole of not606 and now we have articles like;
    Top 5 Singers You'd like to sing like.
    Top 10 Bands/Singers You hate
    Your top 10 favourite bands?
    Spartacus.
    Gears of War 3

    And now even OT gets in on the act with. (OT) Why do they put poppy seeds on bread rolls?

    It was to be expected that during the close season we'd have to find other things to talk about, but here we are with our 6th game of the season coming up tomorrow and these off topic threads are still commanding most of the space on the board.

    Needless to say, our most prolific poster has three of the said articles up which is just par for the course, but isn't it time we now settled back to talking about football?

    Agree, there's general chat and the eBar for off topic stuff. We have a game tomorrow and it's like no one cares.

    It's really not got that much worse; it's pretty much remained stable in terms of intelligent posting, there's just a few more OT threads now.

    Multi-board threads don't help, and people seem to think their off topic threads merit a place here above others. In a sense it's like we've formed out own forum within a forum now. I blame the incompetent mods, can't even get a banner changed ;)

    It's especially annoying when there's already a thread for that specific thing too, like the numerous specific game threads there's been lately...

    Seems to me there has been a general downturn in enthusiasm since rep etc was taken away. Or am I imagining it?

    Maybe this is all a dream/nightmare and we will wake up one day and rep will be real again....*sigh*

    Also if rep does return everyone should start from 0 again that would crack me up!

    I'll probably get branded as a homosexual for saying this (which I'm not), but I just don't get point of the 'Sexy Poll' thread. The thread had some class when it started out, but now it's just turned into a place to post lots of pictures random women. You may as well just type "sexy girls" into Google Images and take SafeSearch off.

    And also, what's with all the video game threads cropping up. We have a dedicated game thread, do we not?
