Match Day Thread QPR vs Sheffield Wednesday

Anyone travelling by train from leeds they are delayed between wakefield and Sheffield due to a broken down train

 

I did not realise that Wednesday have not yet conceded a goal at home.

So with our inability to keep a clean sheet compared to Wednesday's impressive track record, then a draw would be a very good result and an away win brilliant, as the “trend” would suggest we may lose “to nill”.

But record are there to be broken!

BFG to take care of Fletcher, Kane & Manning to push up and down the flanks, BOS, Eze & Hugill will cause problems for most sides in this division......just don't give away any bloody penalties........

Just worried about the severe lack of pace at the back. Can see why MW was so keen on getting Aberdeen CB

Don’t get the Rangel selection again but otherwise I’m glad we are going for it. Asks a lot of the midfield but we have a bench.

 

Looks like 3 5 2 - did ok in that 2nd half Wigan.

Watch out for the attacks in the “channels” and we need a good and solid “error free” performance from Ball.

If 3-5-2 is “Plan A”, then what is our “Plan B”?

Warburton seems to be much more “flexible”’with regards to tactics and strategy than predicted by the forums of his past clubs. Undoubtably he is very intelligent and he seems to be extracting “Lessons Learned” whIch can only be positive and good!

He has been experimenting with it a bit already, and having the BFG in the middle of the ball-playing CDs seems to work.
Off to change my prediction in the prediction league

Glad we are set up to have a go...either going to be very entertaining or we'll get a hiding. Rather that than set up for a draw.
