Beyond The Clouds is a 5 time winner in the NH sphere and came good, at the 3rd attempt, on the Flat last time. A rating of 84 for his Flat handicap bow does not look excessive and he’s the one that catches my eye most at Hamilton of the morrow. To further support the case, re Beyond The Clouds, the horse he comfortably beat into 2nd last time won off 81 just over a week ago.
By no means a tip and so definitely falls into the speculative column but in the 6:55 it's possible that My Reward 40/1 could run into a place. Not much in the way of form recently but is without a doubt capable on its day. Whether it has any of those days left is the big question but in my opinion is worth risking a few quid at such a price. Enjoy your evening and good luck

Bangor 2.55pm - Have this for now is not out of this. Yard believe that if favourite under performs has a chance in taking this.. 2 starts ago horse bled..last run was better and returns to the same venue with same jockey booked. Not on it myself as favourite looks likely to oblige but thought you might like some insight
Very interesting maiden opening the Curragh card this afternoon. The mile contest was won by Sydney Opera House last year but things didn't pan out for him despite him being prominent in the Derby market at one stage. The favourite tonight is Mogul, a colt who is a full brother to Japan. Second on his debut to Jim Bolger's Geometrical Mogul will be pretty certain to improve from that run even if he did get a five length thumping in that maiden. He's odds-on tonight and not a bet for me because of other well bred newcomers from the stable. Nobel Prize is a full brother to Highland Reel and although he will benefit a lot from the race today he is also bred to be decent he has to be considered even of Wayne Lordan looks 3rd string as jockey. Donnacha is on Shoshone Warrior, a Galileo colt who cost 300,000 Euros as a yearling. His dam never raced and her progeny are a mixed little bag with the best of them Astaire being a sprinter, while the next best was a 14F horse. Hard to predict which way Shoshone Warrior will go but the Galileo blood means he should get the mile tonight and he's one of the less obvious Galileo prospects for Aidan O'Brien and he holds Beresford and Derby entries. The fascinating one is King Of The Throne from the Emmet Mullins stable. A son of Hard Spun, he is not from a stable you would be too used to seeing locking horns with Team O'Brien but after being available at 33/1 King Of The Throne has kept being cut and is now a best price of just 10/1. That seems unusual in the circumstances and it will be interesting to see if money comes on course nearer the off time. Just a race tp watch unless you fancy following the money. The Round Tower later on looks a decent opportunity to take on the favourite. Lope Y Fernandez made a taking debut and then found only Pinatubo too good at Royal Ascot. Third in the Vintage Stakes next time but he was five lengths behind the runner up Positive who runs in the Solario tomorrow. The reason for taking him on today is both how far he was beaten last time and also the drop to 6F today. He hasn't given the impression he needed dropping in trip and at 6/4 he's skinny. Guildsman ran an excellent third in the Coventry and is second favourite here but he doesn't seem to have gone on from that in two starts since. Archie Watson is a trainer I am wary of when anticipating progress from his 2YOs and I'll pass on Guildsman at 4/1. Fort Myers was my selection. He was 4th in the Coventry and although a bit disappointing behind Siskin and Monarch Of Egypt in the Railway Stakes last time he was finishing behind fast 2YO's that day and the same pair went on to fill the 1-2 in the Group 1 Phoenix Stakes next time. Dropped to Group 3 class and taking on less speedy types gives the son of War Front a chance to upset the favourite at a decent 6/1 price. Several here are not looking like natural speed 6F horses and Fort Myers may have that extra toe. 5.20 Curragh Fort Myers 6/1 In the Flame Of Tara Cayenne Pepper is favourite but I decided to stick with Brook On Fifth who won last time. She travelled pretty well last time and looked like scoring readily but she did tire a bit before holding on. I expect Joseph O'Brien's filly to progress and be a bit fitter this time. She looks a decent prospect and has held a Fillies Mile entry for a while now, 4.50 Curragh Brook On Fifth 11/4
Mogul won readily and was predictably promoted to 14/1 Favourite for next year's Derby. Aidan's newcomers were both disappointing and look much longer term prospects. The two with the form in the book were first and second, pulling 7 lengths ahead of the remainder. The gambled on King Of The Throne was 4th, beaten 9 lengths overall. In the Flame Of Tara Brook On Fifth travelled well enough close to the favourite but she weakened disappointingly when asked. She didn't look to stay the mile today and any plans for the Fillies Mile should surely be in the bin you would think. Cayenne Pepper stayed on well to score from So Wonderful. She looked a lot smaller filly than the runner up who has a big frame but not the engine to power it yet. Lope Y Fernandez coped with the drop in trip to win the Round Tower and it's worth considering that Positive beat the colt by 5 lengths last time they met and he runs in the Solario tomorrow. Fort Myers ran a solid enough race while Guildsman came from a hopeless position before finishing strongly. He and Fort Myers have pretty much run to their Coventry form and it was more like it from Watson's colt, who was a no-show behind Golden Horde at Goodwood last time. Lope Y Fernandez was generally trimmed to 20/1 for the 2000 Guineas and having backed him at 33/1 for that after his debut it was somewhat encouraging that he might yet make a good 3YO. John Gosden's Palace Pier is unsurprisingly shorter for the Guineas after a nice debut at Sandown and there is more to come from him. Frankie Dettori said "They have to be above average to win first time out up the hill at Sandown and this fellow is above average" I was impressed enough to stick a fiver on Palace Pier at 20/1 for the Guineas because another win may see him go pretty short and he looks like the type to train on well and come strong at the finish of a Guineas. With some potential precocious types in the Guineas betting and others who are dubious to stay the Gosden horse could be the one to have less doubts on both fronts.
