I actually enjoyed the game and thought City gave as good as they got against a good Bristol side. Both Fleming & De Silva had reasonable games, De Silva the pick of the two but they just ran out of steam. Certainly, the scoreline flattered Bristol, and if Bowen had put that one in at the back post then we could have seen a different outcome. I thought Eaves had a reasonable game, his hold up play is good, he is not going to be a prolific scorer but I think he will start to get a few once he gets the first one. I thought Irvine was wasteful with his passing, he needs to improve in that department. We certainly miss Campbell, and with him in the side, I think we would have a half-decent team.
The attendance is never announced now because it is so low , we might find out the actual attendance later in the week I'm guessing 8000 ish
Sunday trivia….Who scored for England in both Glenn Hoddle's and Sven Goran-Erickson's first game in charge...?
Yeah, weird that 1300 more turned up. How depressing is this though. Being shocked at our attendance being as high as 8,900.
Completely agree. The first thing on the training pitch should be a whole session taking corners with variations

Quote from Phil Buckingham's report on Flemings performance. was he watching the same game as me?? First it allowed Jack Hunt to escape down the Bristol City right to deliver a cross that Reece Burke nodded into his own net and then it was the cue for Andreas Weimann to burst clear and set up Benik Afobe’s second.
