Hull City Academy @HullCityAcademy Craig Fagan has accepted an offer to become U23s Manager at Southend United, meaning his time with the Academy has now come to an end.
I wonder if his promotion with us from U16's to the U23's just a few days ago was trying to avoid him leaving. If so, it obviously didn't work.
Best of luck to him. His chest height 2 footed tackle to Ashley young will always be a fond memory of mine - not the tackle that was nasty as **** - the response from the irate bloke in front of me when he got a yellow card
City trivia...A famous City goal... 'Craig Fagan put in a peach of a cross from the right wing to the far stick for a waiting xxxxxxx xxxxxx to head over a flat-footed xxxx xxxxxxxx and into the corner of the net..' Fill in the blanks to give yourself a boat load of brownie points....
East Stand Always beat me to it. He also scored an important goal at the Reebok which more then half of the substantial away support missed as they were still finishing their half time pint.
I always wondered what Craig used to say to opposing players that wound them up so much. I mean players always try to wind their opponents up, but CF seemed to very good at it.
