You boys showed another side last night. Winning from in front rather than coming from behind. Impressive start.
great result, but I think there is better to come, the more this quad play together I think the better we will get. hopefully we keep people fit especially in the centre of Midfield and at CB, where I still think we look a little light. But what a start to the season. please don't let it slip Saturday and lets go to leeds where it is a top of the table clash. Cooper must take credit for this start, he is obviously doing something right and isn't afraid to change when it isn't.
Cooper had the same problems as Potter in inheriting a squad but the difference between the two in terms of having a settled side is miles apart Cooper seems to be clear in his aims whereas last season Potter had to tinker (GK for example).I like his style , quick to counter with more steel in the defence , imo Woodman is going to be a fine keeper and even the goal conceded last night he got a hand to but not strong enough to push it out but he was there in the right position
How will that sit with Sheffield United? Their record signing leading the singing at Loftus Road showing more affinity to his previous club than maybe to his current one. Not sure...
Not our problem really , we're in different league so no real conflict of interest there, That obviously may change should Utd get relegated or they don't and we go up .Nice to see the Club has had a personal influence on the guy ( we do have history of that sort of thing)
His new "fans " don't seem to mind his antics https://www.s24su.com/forum/index.php?threads/mcburnie.74601/page-3
