Haha NOT606 hard man then because he can dance and throw a jab etc, knee, teep, takedown, choked out, that simple boxer bum....
Calling two world decorated grapplers skill free brutes rolling around the floor just shows the ignorance of the counter argument. I would freely pick apart anyone who argued that boxing was just two guys punching each other and I would never offer that argument due to my respect for the art of boxing. The immaturity and defensiveness in these kind of debates always seems to come from the boxing community. They are hoping MMA is a fad but with new deals for the UFC with FOX and ESPN and expanding into Japan and Brazil, BAMMA getting big attendances over here and MMA becoming the subject of mainstream movies and media articles then you're really clutching at straws. For a sport only 20 years old it's pretty massive already and it's just going to get bigger.
MMA is fake. I have heard it all now, hahahahaha. We have a boxing fanboy calling it wanton brutality and someone with the most overtly staged wannabe tough guy metal album cover in the world as his avatar calling it fake. Which is it boys? I had a fat mate who used to wander around town thinking he was hard in his Vulgar Display of Power t-shirt too.
I must ask, what's the average reading age and IQ on Not 606? It's like debating with Harry and Lloyd.
Ha, the vulgar display of power album cover actually required a guy to get punched in the face. That makes it far more real than MMA.
your continued usage of the word fanboy speaks volumes. now go don tight lycra and roll around with your legs spread around hendys waist
It looks like awful technique though. I really can't tell if you're joking or not. For anyone who thinks MMA is not real they should watch Kimo Leopoldo vs Dan Severn from the early Pride FC events. Nobody would stage a fight that damn boring. Yes, MMA must be fake considering it's a state sanctioned athletic event with full prior and post medical reporting and suspensions. This is actually comical now.
Anyone who thinks UFC is real has obviously never watched it. I have (unfortunately) and it was about as real as a flying pig. Men falling over after tiny taps to the face etc.
Ok, I am out of this juvenile dog turd thread. To summarise so the less mentally able can take it away in a crib sheet. Boxing - amazing sport but to me it's being crippled by its current business model and the decline of free to air boxing events. MMA - amazing sport, multiple disciplines rising in popularity and mainstream presence. Pro Wrestling - choreographed entertainment, athletic participants taking inherent risks to entertain the kids and those who like 80's action flicks. There you go gents. See ya. ps. - Hendy - post an MMA KO highlight to educate Mr Pantera Chest Puffer.
