Did anyone notice the commentator on the red button described us as “Mark Warburtons’ entertaining QPR” before kickoff? When was the last time we were called entertaining?

We keep getting caught in possession, they haven't got the hang of keep-ball yet...

 

They're quick to close us down, and some our defence is lackadaisical

 

We must not get caught in possession like Scowen and Hall recently did - or else we will get punished!

 

Thought they'd been on top for about 10 minutes before they scored.

 

Someone really needs to remind young Smith this isn’t an academy game and the result matters a bit.

 

Lovely skills again from Eze, comes to nothing.

 

We are bit naive when they robbed the ball few times when we got the possession. Ref looked just coolly and the waive the play on! We have to be more aware. Eze, as good he have played, must use his good shooting skills more

Up until the goal our football was fantastic. We could/should have been out of sight by the time they scored.
Eze is absolute quality. He even has defended well.
We lost it after the goal, unfortunately.
Why bring on Scowen when we are 1-0 down?
We will still win this. Come on you RRRRRRRrrrrrsssss!!!!!!!

 

Half time me analysis: I can see what we are trying to do but Swansea are just a little better at it perhaps been doing it longer. I can see us getting it back but a draw is the best we can hope for. One down at home but enjoying our effort.

 

Presumably brought on Scowan as a like for like replacement for the injured Amos...…….

 

1st half looked like a continuation of Saturday, though Swansea look better than Bristol, Kane better than Rangel, and Amos better than Scowen. I'd like to see Pugh come on for Smith, and Eze to play in the number on his back.

 

Two times our CBs have been caught and two times they've charged after the ball leaving a huge gap for Swansea to exploit. Once resulting in a goal. Looked fairly solid otherwise.

Apart from that, I have been most impressed. Eze and Bank of Scotland are a joy to watch. Kane and Manning doing well as attacking full backs. Lots of sharp passing to enjoy.

This does mean that we could be 4 down due to errors but we could have had a couple too.

A delightfully depressing contradiction of a game.
