    That was one of the ****test games I've seen in a long while. We were awful and looked ****ing knackered in the second half which seems to be the theme this season. It was my mates first game after three years in exile and after signing up to a minimum of 14 months payments I have left him questioning his sanity

    I think we have a big problem at full back , stating the obvious,s as not convinced of either first choice and the second choices are kids. Mackenzie was really out of his depth and surprised didn't play Lopez. But actually thought a lot of the problem was midfield attacking options. Irvine was his normal prancing self, all flicks and not enough quality, and Batty was fitful. When we got the ball to Grosicki he was a huge threat but we didn't feed him at all. And v disappointed that when made the subs we went 4-4-2 rather than bringing on the one player Toral who might have passed the ball to an amber forward with any regularity. Ah well, my expectations for the season been well and truly lessened by that.

    I’ve seen worse not given...

    Rob Dewhurst once accidentally volleyed a player instead of the ball in the area. Their player was so stunned and winded that he didn’t fall down like today’s players. Referee played on to the back drop of laughter from the south stand
