I see the Checkatrade Trophy in no more....it will be known as the...Leasing.com Trophy for the next three years....I know even less about them than the Checkatrade.

Just been looking at webcam 2......chucking the wet stuff down in Plymouth at present (1830hrs)....every inch of the lower stand is very wet.....when the extra roof was added...did they expect it to make a difference to this lower stand....or just give the front of the upper stand a bit more protection ?

How will they cost these seats when it opens later on....less than Devonport, Lyndhurst & Barn Park where you get reasonable coverage near the front ?

Lots of discussion on the other Argyle websites.....regarding the GT's 'supporters' bar....talk of when it will be opening.

The talk also seems to be about is it a 'supporters' bar....or is it a 'members' bar..... just for those that have put money into the building of it.

If it is a 'members' bar only... then 'supporters' in general will not be able to use it on match days.....so open debate as you can imagine abounds.

The GT Bar will be used for hospitality for the Reading League Cup game apparently.

I presume it will eventually do whatever the Taverners did before... although I don't know what that was.

There is a 7 minute pre-season Sky Sports video available on Argyle....showing working on the training ground....in the dressing room and some great aerial views of Home Park and Plymouth...available on PASOTI and ATD.

So sad....Bury have been expelled from the FL....first team since Maidstone went through liquidation in 1992.

Could be Bolton tomorrow.....and they have a great stadium that will come redundant.

Lets face it the FL couldn't just let the Bury situation carry on could they. Not played 5 games to date in the league and they couldn't get their take over past the post. It can't be much of a shock to everyone that they have finally died a death.

Bolton have been given 14 days to sort it or die as well. At least they have played their matches all but one. I think the FA just don't want to be seen to be the grim reaper of another club and are trying their hardest to avoid it. I think Bolton will come up with something in that time so they will be saved in the end.

My opinion is this is only the start and there will be more clubs who will follow in time.

They keep reporting on him and Lameiras on there and I cannot fathom why. They have gone. They are not coming back. Get over it move on and talk about OUR players not somebody else's. I cannot get excited about ex players and can't understand the interest anywhere. We have loads and loads of them.

Nice video doing the rounds on social media of kids playing football on a Plymouth street. With Ryan Lowe. Can't help himself can he? Let's not waste time. Get rid of that statue outside the Theatre Royal and replace it with one of RL now.
