Something along those lines may have come out my mouth when they had the cheek to tell me to watch where I was going...

    Very good call.

Be cheaper just to put them down than mobilise them, surely.

Some **** in the gym who comes over to critique your form, despite them being about 9 stone and spending the next 2 hours walking round sipping water, curling a 8kg dumbbell and looking in the mirror.

I got that, I was using a TRX strap for tricep pulls and he said “There’s ropes in that box there pal”. I explained it was for full range of motion and he muttered something and ****ed off. Boring ****s.

Anyone remember Little Britain and The Pirate Memory Games sketch?

Gym I've just stopped using is in a University and this gripe combines a multitude of what Tel just moaned about.

I was warned when I joined that the foreign students have no concept of space.

They come up and say 'how many sets?', to which the answer is generally 'I've just say down , so five minimum' (roughly translated as **** off)

    Ok, I'll wait.

And they do. About two feet away. Looking at you.

I think maybe people are getting confused. Bread is perfectly fine in the freezer and will keep for up to a month that way, and once you take it out and defrost it, it will taste as good as when you put it in there. BUT....never put bread in the fridge. Bread keeps for up to a week at room temp anyway, after that you are best to discard it.

I always have bread in the freezer usually and yeah it tastes just as good once defrosted.
    Bread don't last nearly a week when I'm close:bandit:

I was a member of pure gym for a while and there was some **** in there who I think lived there. My first or second time there I got stuck in the lift with him (why the **** aren't there stairs there? It's a ****ing gym, I can walk up one floor) he called me bro a lot, asked if I needed some tips and started talking about his youtube channel. The guy was ****ing tiny and I saw him basically every day for the next 18 months, didn't matter if I went at 6am, 9pm, 1pm he was there. He didn't change at all in the time I was going there, like not even slightly bigger. Would just walk round telling people they were doing **** wrong and lifting his shirt up to look in the mirror.

£18 a month for somewhere to live is a lot cheaper than renting a place I suppose

He sounds great. I’d love somebody like him at my gym, watching him get punched from pillar to post would be worth the monthly fee alone.

Too many things these days, as I’m getting older ‘FFS’ is rapidly becoming my catchphrase.

I don’t even give a **** if people hear me muttering it anymore, I just stare at them.

    Proper miserable old ****.

I will eat bread, but I'm not really a great lover of it and sandwiches just get boring after a while. If I eat bread it's because I'm being a lazy fooker.

In a pub now and the only seats are two bar stools so I sat my son one one and went to get us a couple of drinks.

Three Wolves fans walk in and literally stand in front of him with ****ing simpleton looks on their faces.

    He's wearing his United shirt.

It's ok lads, he doesn't want to watch the match, he wants to stare at your backs.

    **** off, quickly.
