Next is Chelsea away on Sunday. No injuries so we have a fully fit squad to choose from. Here is what I would go with

    Schmeichel

    Ricardo
    Evans
    Soyuncu
    Chilwell

    Ndidi
    Choudhury

    Perez
    Tielemans
    Maddison

    Vardy

Subs- Ward, Justin, Morgan, Praet, Albrighton, Barnes, Iheanacho

    Schmeichel
    Ricardo Evans Soyuncu Chilwell
    Maddison Ndidi Tielemans
    Perez Vardy Barnes

None of the 451 or diamond ****. We played best towards the end of last season with Maddison and Tielemans either side of Wilf dropping in to cover for the full backs. Maybe slightly attacking so perhaps Marc in for Barnes. Chelsea are there for the taking and we haven’t conceded to them in the last 3 matches with them having Hazard and more capable (experiences) managers both times

My bad <laugh> I just think we can go there with confidence and impose our game on them with the system that worked last season and not go there all defensive and allow them on to us. I could never be annoyed if we lose by having a go

Hopefully they tire out towards the end

Albrighton for Barnes for me but otherwise agree. I like Barnes as an impact sub - not quite consistent enough yet.

Yeah it’s like have one less defensive minded player in the middle but gain it in Albrighton. Still think Albrighton over two DM’s leaves us better off in terms of balance

Why no Chilwell? Not impressed with that line up, will be happily wrong if we aren’t we’ll beaten today. Maddison on the left again! Both Ndidi and Choudhury! It didn’t work last week so why do it again

I think as soon as Praet gets upto speed he will come in for Choudhury and Chilwell back and that will be our strongest team

Our strongest team won’t have Maddison on the left. What was wrong with the regular team at the end of last season with Maddison, Tielemans and Ndidi as the 3? No idea why he’s changed it! He just a smiley, media friendly Puel!

Maddison is wasted on the left. He should sit behind Vardy.

Chilwell has a minor hip injury. He was poor last week.

I dont think we will play with natural width this season. I think the width will come from Chilwell and Ricardo

Poor start, could have been a couple down within 2 minutes. Chelsea carving through our defence with ease

Wtf is going on - how are we so bad!

Chelsea should be 3-0 up at least - stat came up that we didn't touch the ball in Chelsea's half for 15 min.

We took over 80 odd min before we have a shot on target vs Wolves - getting a shot off target by then will be an achievement at this rate.

This is garbage. Poor and clumsy in possession.

Take Fuchs and Ndidi off for Justin and Barnes

Fuchs us off the pace and lacks the legs the get up in support in this formation

Justin actually played left back for Luton
