...I wish I could stop loving NUFC. It doesn't make sense; but I simply CAN'T STOP LOVING MY BELOVED CLUB NO MATTER WHAT.
You Must go and see your Doctor, He might be able to give you something to stop this craziness as it is only a game and not life or death....
At 16:15 today I gave up. I supported Norwich. And decided that, for the lifetime of the Fat Bastard, I will support any team against NUFC. The club I supported is long dead, took me a while to realise it, but it's gone. I've not really been supporting, I've been mourning. Benitez made it look like a hell of a wake, but the club is/was dead.
What we have to remember is this "club" is Sports Direct United. Easily the most hated club in the PL, possibly in the history of the PL. Don't let anybody tell you this is Newcastle United. That club died in 2008. It might be reborn again. But for now there is no Newcastle United, just this odious Ashley advertising vehicle. I actually had quite a laugh with my son egging Norwich on. And I'll be behind Spurs from the kick off this week. I want the final PL table to read 20. Sports Direct United. W0 D0 L38.
I went into this season with the 'no lose' mentality. I.e. if by some miracle our signings turn out to be good, we play some good football and we 'do a watford or a bournemouth'. (Even saying that shows how low we have fallen). Or the most likely option... in which we get relegated and hopefully 1 season closer to getting rid of the FCB. Its clear to me now that option 2 will most likely play out this season. This in turn should make these pathetic boycott attempts at least have more substance to them. Our loyal fan base needs to have some courage.. stay away and say enough is enough.
There's no such things as tactics with Bruce, he's more familiar with tictacs. Whilst he is here we have no chance. Do I back the hierarchy to find a good replacement in ample time? Do I ****!
Best and only. Like most things, Ashley will leave us in the worst state possible before he's gone. He'll probably be looking to write NUFC off as a tax liability against the Belgian bill.
