    And to be completely objective today, this is why Madrid bought
    Hazard at premium value. This was a "Classico" level game, and
    Eriksen went AWOL. Much navel-gazing needed methinks for him.

    A real baptism of fire for him.
    I just want him + Lo Celso + Sessignon to be fully starting XI ready
    (Pochettino fitness regime, PL pace) by the start of December,

    Until then, shockers aside they will get a "free pass" from me
    (as the rest of the squad will be ok to proceed as is) .

    People saying VAR saved Spurs but all VAR does is correct wrong decisions by crap officials.

    Yeah baptism of fire. Still managed an assist though <laugh>.

    I think his fitness needs working on, he began to tire against Villa but then the goal gave him that boost to carry on until his 89th min sub. City were probably the last team he wanted to face when he's not at Poch required fitness levels because as they showed they're so good at keeping the ball and making you work.

    Thankfully, we/ he won't have to face a side of that calibre again until they came to the Lane.
