I was watching a couple of episodes of 'In sickness and in health' the other day, still funny, but you wouldn't get away with 70 percent of the racial behavior used in the early eighties...
A couple of things on this wet Friday afternoon. On the Bielsa Spygate affair I remember something Phil Hay said just before Bielsa went live to the world. he said Bielsa was fuming as he wont have anyone calling him a cheat. His honour is everything and he was aware of a statement Radz was going to give which upset Bielsa because he was going to apologise for Bielsa and the club and admit wrongdoing. Bielsa went ballistic and went rogue and the Board decided they wanted Bielsa to stay and knew he would probably walk. Funniest thing read today and a true news story in the USA. Is this Olof The owner of a car reported it stolen and the police chased the car for 30 mile before stopping it and arresting the driver who turned out to be the owner
The earlier "Till death us do part" was far better IMO and Love Thy Neighbour was excellent too. Ah the good ol' days before the lunatics took over the world.
Spot on Stonkin..I've still got all the episodes of Love thy neighbour on dvd. The landlord of Eddies local was a Leeds Utd fan and there was a team photo behind the bar. Of course Eddie had to be a scum supporter
