    Similar but slightly more optimistic 5/8/11. 2014 Rioja reserva will responsible for the 11 possible 12 later. Feeling quite cheerful at the mo, Mrs Jab taking me out for lunch later piri piri prawns and a glass or two of Texel Skuumkoppe.

    You don't think we'll get anything at Brighton Chilcs?, I think that people are overestimating them on the strength of one good opening day win and underestimating us because of our loss at Burnley. I don't think that that Brighton have become World beaters overnight personally.

    Just checked and they scored 3 goals from 5 shots overall against Watford, they probably just had one of those matches, " a good day at the office".
    I've said before that opening days tend to throw up the occasional unusual result.

    United and Liverpool + 2 away games against the lesser teams, 4 points from that is a good return IMO. Possible to get something from all of our next 3. 4 or 5 points from them would make a very good start to the season.

    So to keep things in perspective in the PL so far we had a mad 12 minutes at windswept Turf Moor on the opening day and an iffy first half at Brighton, apart from that things have been pretty much as I expected and better than some may percieve our start.

    Looking good in terms of points but still not playing particularly well.

    Still, rather it this way round! Hopefully as injuries are overcome we start to look more like a fluid team
