As Norwich have had 95% attendance since then with home tickets sold out, I doubt it.

    Is this for real? Jeez.
We can only dream of having an owner / chairman who cares as much as she does for her club and fans. I'd love it if that was our chairman showing passion like that. Instead we are stuck with utter ****s who don't give a **** about anything but themselves and their money.

Bit of an amateur is our Delia, only knocked a couple of thousand of future gates? The Allams have single handily lost 50% of their supporters!

I was in Norfolk last September. They had just beaten Middlesbrough after an awful start and were only 1 point in front of us. They had been forced to sell Maddison and Rhodes, though they got him back on loan, to settle a £30 million debt which could have put them into administration. They brought in basically free transfers, which turned out to be good ones, and promoted youth players. The fans were moaning on the local radio and in the papers that if Delia Smith and her husband weren’t interested and couldn’t plough money in then they should get out and make way for someone who could. How things change quickly in football.
Even with all this moaning there were over 25,000 against Middlesbrough. Wish our local commentators and other staff who work for the local radio were as interested in and enthusiastic about the local football club as their’s is as well.

You are being unfair. The Allams have managed more than that.

Any court cases so the addresses back up your wild assertions?

Hull Pride? Bridlington, as always was way ahead as this poster shows.<laugh> Funny how the meaning of some words have altered over the years.

Lost all those visitors who started going to Hull to surf, swim in the sea after walking along the promenade followed by a picnic on the cliff tops admiring the views of the Hull coast instead.

Many other forums perceive us as a tin pot club punching above our weight, also a hotbed of rugby which l'm inclined to agree with. I think back to the F A Cup Quarter Final in 2014 when we could only get 20,000 and 4,000 where from Sunderland, Don't know if that was before the name change?

Other clubs were jeaous (esp in S Yorks and W Yorks) that we were top dogs, many of these were ignorant and had grown up in the 90s when were one of the worst clubs in the country. For them, that is the HCFC they grew up with.

On other forums, they rubbish every other club in the country....it's what they do, and this forum is no exception.

There are vested interests in this city being portrayed as a rugby hotbed. Jobs in the HDM and in other local media depend on it (Are you there Gwylym and Simon Clarke?) . so people will continue to make claims for it and bang the drum.

Yes, some of those low gates like the one you mention surprised me and it's not always clear why that is.

Tend to agree on that, lf we made the play off final next May l don't think we'd take more than 20,000.

Maybe, but if you hate our current owners you would have enjoyed howling abuse at them on the big screen at Wembley after we humiliated SWFC in 2016.

    Summat for everyone.

Have a word with Chazz. Though there is a fascination with the larger, better supported glamour clubs so it is understandable.<laugh>
